SPEC WEB99_SSL retired as of October 11, 2005

As of October 11, 2005, SPEC has obsoleted SPECweb99_SSL. While this benchmark will continue to be supported through the end of 2005, SPEC encourages users to transition to SPECweb2005, if they have not done so already. SPECweb99_SSL results are no longer being reviewed or published by SPEC.
